    What is the Humain AI Literacy Mission?

    HAILM (The Humain AI Literacy Mission) is a national-level school-led AI readiness movement for students, teachers, principals, and schools across India. The mission helps schools introduce responsible and practical AI literacy through a structured free foundational pathway that includes student learning, teacher certification, assessments, certificates, principal and coordinator engagement, and recognition for participating schools.

    Designed to make AI education accessible and actionable, HAILM equips learners and educators with the knowledge and skills needed to understand, use, and engage with AI responsibly. Through its school-based approach, the mission supports India's vision of preparing future-ready learners for an AI-powered Viksit Bharat, and World.

    Is HAILM really free?

    Yes. HAILM Level 1 / Foundation Course Certification is completely free for students, teachers, and schools across India. Levels 2 and 3 are optional advanced but paid programmes.

    How do students register?

    Students can register through their school or directly through the HAILM platform.

    How do schools join HAILM?

    Schools can partner with HAILM by registering their interest and completing a simple onboarding process.

    How do learners access the programme?

    Participants receive access to the HAILM learning platform, where they can access modules, assessments, webinars, and resources.

    Are there live classes?

    Yes. HAILM includes both live and recorded webinars, expert sessions, challenges, and learning activities. Live classes for Level 2 and Level 3 participating students and teachers only.

    How long does the programme take?

    Level 1 includes approximately 3.5–4 hours of self-paced learning, along with optional live sessions and activities.

    Which classes is it for?

    HAILM supports students from Grades 3–12 and includes dedicated pathways for teachers and schools.

    Is it aligned with NEP 2020 and CBSE?

    The curriculum is based on the guidelines from OECD, UNESCO, NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and builds foundation for AI Learning for CBSE, and Indian School Education Boards.

    Yes. Content is age-appropriate and delivered in a safe, guided environment with a strong focus on responsible AI use.
